Who is a true advocate for what MAD Academy stands for. His understanding of football from a neurobiological developmental perspective combined with a Samoan proverbial influence has made Sean understand that success isn't measured by achievement but by understanding ones true authenticity, that despite views and opinions that promote low emotional functioning, this doesn't affect this motivation and determination to try his best and be satisfied with any outcome

May you continue to encourage and lead as you have spent 60 weeks being encouraged and now are a leader, encouraging the youngest in our Academy and even some of the parents
